Can I use your program or start online coaching if I've never done fitness exercises before?
Absolutely! My plans are beginner friendly and suitable for all fitness levels.
If I am vegan or vegetarian will there be a meal plan for me?
All dietary preferences are catered to with care. Vegans and vegetarians will have a plan that offers substitutes for certain dairy and meat products.
what's the difference between a pre-designed workout program and online coaching?
A pre-designed workout program is a categorized plan created in advance to help you reach your fitness goals; ideal for self-motivated individuals. In contrast, online coaching offers a fully personalized experience with tailored plans made just for you. Ideal for those seeking a program designed specifically for their needs
How long do I need to commit to coaching?
All coaching programs require a minimum commitment of three months. This allows enough time to see meaningful progress. You are encouraged to give yourself at least 6-12 months to really transform your life and build sustainable habits for long-term success.
How much time will I need to dedicate each week?
Your online coaching program will be tailored to your schedule and availability with weekly live 30 minutes check-ins. Workouts can range from 45 to 60 minutes, 2–5 times a week. For in-person personal training you will need at least 60 minutes 2-3 days a week. Group classes are 45 to 60 minutes long each.
How do I get started?
Getting started is easy! Determine what you would like to start with: Pre-designed workout programs, Online Personal Training, Online Nutrition Coaching, or In-Person Personal Training (if applicable). Fill out the Application Form on the website, and I’ll contact you within 24–48 hours to discuss your goals and next steps.
Do I need access to a gym for personal training?
Not at all! For online coaching your workout plan will be customized to your preferences and equipment. Whether you’re working out at home, at the gym, or with minimal equipment, I’ll create a program that suits your needs. For in-person personal training I train clients at a fully equipped facility in Toronto. If you would like me to train you at a different facility (such as your condo with a fully equipped fitness center) that is fine as well.
What is online coaching, and how does it work?
Online coaching provides personalized fitness and nutrition guidance without the need for in-person sessions. You’ll receive tailored workout plans, nutrition coaching, and ongoing support through my app, email, or video calls, allowing you to work towards your goals at your own pace, wherever you are. How do I communicate with you during the program?
For online coaching you’ll have direct access to me through my coaching app for messaging, progress updates, and feedback. We’ll also have weekly check-ins via video call to ensure you’re on track. Can I do nutrition coaching without personal training?
Absolutely. Although you get nutrition guidance with the personal training service, nutrition coaching is available more in depth as a standalone service if you’d like to focus solely on improving your eating habits, building sustainable routines, and reaching your dietary goals.
